INVITATION TO BID – PUBLIC AUCTION

LPE “Bus Station” JSC Pristina announces to all interested parties that it offers for rent through public auction procedure the following business premise:

NOTE: All prices provided are without VAT.

Contract award criterion is the highest price offered.

Desirable preferences for leasing the premise during auction process:

For the business premiseNo. 22, a call center office or a similar activity is preferred, but not obligatory.

All legal entities are entitled to participate. The business registration certificate needs to be provided as evidence. The leasing term is one year, with the possibility of extension.

The premise can be inspected by all interested partiesevery working day, from 08:00 to 16:00.

Deadline for submission of bids is 07.10.2019, by 14:00, while thebid opening will take place at 14:30.

Bids are to be delivered to the Archive Office of the enterprise in sealed envelopes.

All bidders are entitled to participate in the bid opening process.

The winning party(ies)should signthe lease contract within 5 days following closure of the auction procedure.
